Reviewing a slide that read 'Firms read those profiles. Talent and capital follow.', David rejected the staccato-profound register and asked for boring, clear deck copy.
this is the type of poetic prose i hate. i want the deck to be boring and clear. i dont like the poetic performance where one uses short sentence after short sentence to try seem profound. boring is cool
The constraint applies to anything for-firms facing: no rhetorical cadence, no performance.
