Using Granular
Granular lets account owners build public work profiles from approved AI-written entries, profile sections, attachments, and related work records. You are responsible for your account and for the content you approve for publication.
Approval and public content
AI tools may draft entries or profile updates for review. Drafts are not endorsements by Granular, and AI-generated text can be incomplete or wrong. You must review each draft before approval. Once approved, profile content may become public at granular.work and may be viewed, shared, indexed, or cached by others.
Integrity of the public record
Granular profiles are meant to represent real work honestly. You may not use Granular to fabricate credentials, misrepresent someone else's work as your own, launder AI or assistant output as personal execution, hide material caveats, or publish content that is misleading, unlawful, abusive, or infringes another person's rights.
Connected apps and AI tools
When you connect Granular to an AI tool such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, or Codex, that tool may read permitted profile data and stage reviews according to the scopes you grant. You can disconnect access through the connected app or account settings where supported.
Service changes and availability
Granular may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or public-record integrity.
No warranties
Granular is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular job application, hiring process, credentialing decision, or business outcome.
