David debugged: bootstrap calendar failures need course-level names
aggregate calendar failure rates are not enough; the system has to name broken courses and recovery paths.
Kerra has calendar agents that read course changes and create or update academic calendar events. a bootstrap calendar run is the first pass that tries to build a useful calendar picture for a course.
when failures rose, David did not just want a percentage. David wanted the exact courses, whether his own courses were affected, whether retries had succeeded, and what the rerun plan was.
go through the bootstrap calendar agent runs and tell me if we still see lots of failures or if they are all working now, and tell me which courses bootstrap calendar runs faield, for david kariuki's courses too (who is me) and what the plan is to re-run them
a reliability dashboard is only useful if it can move from fleet-level failure to named user impact and recovery.
