David decided: Chose threads over projects as primary profile structure

During the redesign planning session, David made a deliberate terminological choice:

i like the idea of threads more than projects because people might be speaking about philosophy or learning physics and thats not a project per say. give me the final design and sketch it out here in ascii for me to see. and it must be coherent with our actual system. go actually study the MCP tools, functions etc

The distinction mattered because the product's core value is capturing how someone thinks — and intellectual threads that don't produce a deliverable (a paper, a product, a PR) are a significant category of genuine cognitive work. Calling them projects would exclude them or force a stretch.
