David decided: Commissioned a real-time live-updating admin UI for Kerra signup tracking
David asked for a production dashboard tracking real-time signup counts and onboarding completions, deploying it to a hard-to-discover URL to restrict access.
After asking for production signup counts during launch week, David decided to build a persistent view:
please can you create a realtime live updating UI that tracks number of signups and number of people who've completed onboarding. it should update in realtime and have nice data analysis on it. can you deploy it to some kerra.work/{something complicated that is unlikely to be discovered by someone who shouldn't have access}
He also made a specific access control decision: he added Caden Chuang (the growth lead) as an admin on production so they could access the dashboard independently. The dashboard was intended for day-to-day launch monitoring, not a formal analytics system.
