David decided: Deleted all UCT user data and David's own account from production

David issued the delete directive after a day of testing under his own user:

go to the production db and delete all university of cape town users, including my user (david kariuki) and nina vezi and all our courses and all the calendar data associated with us, and all the data associated with the university of cape town, its university record, its calendars, all the calendars of all uct students and their courses and their calendars and their clerk users

This was a deliberate cleanup to remove test data accumulated during the UCT email outreach and onboarding debugging sessions.
