David decided: Directed end-to-end build of Snitch MCP connector for Claude in a single day
David decided to build the full Snitch MCP connector for Claude — including UI approval cards, OAuth, and a netlify deploy — by spawning parallel agents rather than treating it as a multi-day project.
After David asked about MCP connector mechanics, the agent suggested a phased timeline. David rejected the framing:
youre giving timelines based on a pre-AI agent world. youre extremely smart and can spawn agents to build this and we can do it all today. weve done more in less time. dont be pessimistic
He then gave a full build scope:
i want you to plan out, then discuss with me, then execute, end to end, the full claude product, including the UIs.
David also made a product scope call when the agent proposed excluding repost functionality:

The connector was built and deployed within the session. Later work audited it for security (XSS, public API serializer leaks, soft-deleted content exposure) and hardened the draft/publish path.
