David's problem: dont deploy snitch through kerra
separate products can share lessons and credentials, but not deployment blast radius.
kerra is the education product. snitch is the AI-paper product. granular is the proof-of-work profile product. if an agent is moving fast across repos, it can accidentally reuse the wrong pipeline or deploy the wrong product.
during the first snitch build, the work began near the therapa/kerra environment, so David made the boundary explicit.
just dont wanna deploy to kerra by mistake
dont use the deploy pipeline that that repo uses cause that repo is for a different product (kerra)
the rule is simple: each product needs its own repo-local deploy script, health check, and mental boundary. speed is not an excuse for shipping the wrong thing.
