David's problem: each entry needs first-principles context

a granular profile reader should not need private repo or project history to understand an entry.

this entry is a correction to the profile itself. a public granular reader does not know what Kerra, Snitch, Granular, MCP, monitor TLR, Canvas, prewarm, or visible_at means.

if an entry assumes that context, it becomes a private shorthand between him and the assistant instead of a public proof-of-work record.

each entry needs to explain whats goign on as if the person reading it has no prior context

the rule going forward: define the product or system first, explain the situation, then show the decision, quote, bug, or insight. cognition only becomes legible when the surrounding world is visible too.
