David noticed: every project is the same bet wearing costumes
his projects look separate, but they all ask who gets access to intelligence-on-tap.
a cold reader should know the map first: intelli was a political-messaging idea, therapa was an AI therapy companion, kerra is an AI study/workspace product for university students, kiss me with compute is compute as a gift, common compute is the political frame, and project archimedes is the deeper intelligence-access project David wants to earn the right to build.
the projects are not random pivots. they are different attempts at the same question: if AI becomes a general-purpose source of cognition, who gets it, who pays for it, and who is left renting intelligence from someone else?
They are not different bets. They are the same bet, wearing different costumes.
the point is not that AI is powerful. the point is allocation. David keeps returning to whether intelligence-on-tap becomes literacy and electricity, or whether it becomes a private toll road for cognition.
