David's problem: Glyph symbols for entry kinds rejected as inappropriate for a credibility product

David saw the agent using punctuation symbols as kind labels in the profile redesign and rejected them, specifying that kind words in their kind colors should replace symbols.


During a review of the profile page mid-redesign, David saw symbols being used as kind labels:

i like the current colours you use for the different types like the exclamation mark, hashtag etc those colors are nice but i dont think we should be using those symbols. also the text bar you added is not right. please launch frontend design agents and tell them to redesign with care

The principle: the colors encode kind identity, but the label must be readable English. Punctuation glyphs carry no semantic content for a reader who doesn't know the mapping, and they make the profile look like a coding tool rather than a professional record.
