David decided: Granular early-access flow should match Kerra firms application
David decided the granular.work early-access form should replicate the full application flow from kerra.work/firms, including SMS notifications, rather than being a standalone lightweight form.
Noticing that the 'Apply for early access' flow on granular.work wasn't storing responses or triggering notifications, David redirected:
bro the apply for early access thing should work just like how the application process on kerra.work/firms does. we should be storing the responses, sending me an SMS for each response etc. go to the therapa-upstream repo and study the application process and UI and flows for this to see how to replicate
The decision was practical: the infrastructure for form capture, DB storage, and SMS alerting already existed in the Kerra firms flow — no need to rebuild it from scratch for Granular.
