David decided: Granular hero copy: 'Top firms hire top candidates on granular'

David ran two rounds of 6-agent brainstorming to settle the granular.work hero headline, iterating through multiple options before landing on a candidate-first framing.

David was unsatisfied with the existing hero: "The recruiting standard for the AI age." He first asked the agent to discuss alternatives, then escalated:

lets refine #2. launch 6 agents to brainstorm with you

After the first round, he sent another six agents with a research brief:

keep brainstorming with 6 agents (opus 4.7 max) again. have them go do research on our market and what resonates with them, what prose is best etc

Throughout the iteration he tried several framings — "Top graduates find top firms on granular", "Top firms find top candidates on granular", "Top firms hire you from it" — before settling on a version he liked. He also provided the subtitle copy himself:

"As you work with ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, or Codex, it offers to publish the moments that show your skills — a question you debated, a bug you chased, a problem you solved, a thesis you developed. Those moments become a granular profile that shows how you think. Top firms hire you from it."

He questioned whether "edit" in the approval flow created bad incentives, and separately pushed back on the firms page copy:

the thing is that this adds zero value. they can just use claude for this. the point is that we have data they dont have. granular accesses their granular profile
