David's approach: Insisted the coach's onboarding be in-context LLM not hardcoded scripts
David accepted that the very first explainer can be pre-generated per path, but the rest of the coach onboarding must run through the LLM with the conversation history.
The AI had returned a block of hardcoded iMessage scripts for each connector path. David rejected the static approach.

The coach also had to actively assess the user's AI comfort level with progressing questions and then recommend a learning path.
