David debugged: Investigated activity grid position conflict across two visual panels
David identified that the tool-usage and kind-activity grids were rendering in the wrong layout positions and pushed back repeatedly on agents that weren't restoring the correct layout.
A persistent layout dispute ran through the profile redesign session. David kept seeing the agents revert the visual grids to full-width, scrollable positions, when his requirement was a fixed two-column layout with both grids visible on initial load.

The session also revealed a color regression — the agent produced a black-and-white grid while the reference screenshot showed colored kind cells. David demanded a pixel-for-pixel comparison against the reference image he had provided earlier.
