David asks: Investigated how active Kerra users really were on April 25-27
David asked for a precise usage analysis across April 25–27, wanting to understand returner rates and distribution of genuine time-in-workspace engagement.
David wanted a concrete measure of engagement quality:
hows active usage (people whove spent at least a few mins in a document or sent at least one message to kerra) been on 25 april 2026? how many of those people are returners (been active before 25th)
He then asked about the returners specifically:
tell me about the returners. i wanna know what they did, which documents they spent time in and how long, what they spoke to kerra about and whether it worked or she bugged out
When the analysis used ambiguous definitions:
also, how are you determining an active user? how much time must they have spent in a document for them to count? also, how many users total have counted as active according to your metric? and what percentage of daily users are active these days?
no im asking about what percentage of users whove ever been active according to our definition, were active on april 25th, april 26th, april 27th so far
