David debugged: Investigated kerra.work domain going down mid-lecture generation

David asked an investigation into a live production outage — kerra.work returning DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN — that hit while multiple lecture note generations were in progress.

David reported the outage as it happened:

adn when i reloaded the screen on https://kerra.work/app/workspace?taskId=2654a573... after it said only 5/8 succeeded, it now says that 'This site can't be reached. Check if there is a typo in kerra.work. If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN'

Then:

i hard refreshed my screen and kerra.work isnt loading

This was a live production DNS failure during an active generation session, requiring immediate diagnosis of the deployment or DNS configuration.
