David debugged: Investigated why Granular Connect was installed on Windows but registered no hooks inside WSL
David asked Codex to inspect both his Claude Code and Codex hook configs to find out why drafts were not being staged from WSL, then directed a full audit/repair after the trace showed Windows was wired up but the Ubuntu/WSL home had been left in a 'failed' onboarding state.
