David decided: kerra pays for archimedes

kerra is the revenue-and-trust path toward the more ambitious intelligence-access work.

kerra is the education product David is actively building: it connects to a student course site, reads course material, creates study workspaces, tracks assignments and calendars, and lets AI help inside the actual academic workflow.

archimedes is the broader project underneath it: raising the cognitive floor for people who would not otherwise have elite tutors, elite networks, or elite compute. common compute is the language for that politics.

the decision is practical. kerra has to pay for the future thing. that means fixing boring reliability: course sync, assignment workspaces, calendar bootstraps, chat agents, SMS costs, onboarding, and production incidents.

the big thesis only matters if the small machine works.
