David's problem: Kerra sending users a 'kinra' rebranded email on signup

David noticed new signups were receiving an email referencing an old product name 'kinra' rather than 'kerra', and directed an investigation.


David caught a brand inconsistency in the onboarding email flow.

when a user signs up to kerra, they seem to get an email talking about some new development login to their kinra (not kerra) account.?? go investigate this with sub agents

The issue was a residual reference to the old product name (Kinra) that had survived the rebrand to Kerra. David used the phrasing "kinra (not kerra)" to make the error unambiguous for the investigation.
