David decided: kerra university home is the core surface

many features belong where students actually start, not in buried settings or signup flows.

the university home page is the logged-in Kerra screen where a student sees courses, todays focus, workspaces, chat, calendar, and study prompts. it is the operational center of the product.

in Codex sessions, David repeatedly moved features back to that surface: course renaming should happen where course names appear, leaderboards should not live inside signup, class chat belongs on the home app, and today focus needs to be useful immediately.

the leaderboard isnt meant to be in signup flow

the university app home page

the design instinct is point-of-use: put the control where the user already understands why it matters.
