David decided: Launched 8 opus agents to understand Kerra systems before coding lecture upload feature

David decided not to start coding a new lecture creation feature until 8 Opus 4.7 agents had fully mapped the existing module planner, video processing, and responsibility file systems.

Before building a new 'Create New Lecture' flow for Kerra, David described the full feature scope and then explicitly blocked implementation pending deep research:

i want us to change the copy of the start kerra button to "Create New Lecture" and we need to change what happens when that button is clicked. instead of opening a workspace, i actually want a popup modal to come up... for uploaded videos in particular, we need to revive our old video processing implementation where we'd feed the video into a gemini video processing call which would output an md file with timestamps and we'd feed that md file, as a primary file, into the lecture notes agent... dont start coding yet. go launch 8 opus 4.7 agents to understand our systems in full, module planner agents, the plan json thing it outputs, primary files/responsibility files/secondary files/test materials files, how the video processing works...

David's pattern here is consistent: for features that touch core pipelines, he requires a full system audit before writing a line of code.
