David's problem: lecture notes must include the source pages
if Kerra generates notes from PDFs or slides, the actual source material has to appear in the workspace.
Kerra lecture notes are not meant to be generic summaries. when the source is a PDF, slides, or course file, the workspace should include the relevant pages or material so the student can inspect what the agent used.
David repeatedly investigated cases where generated workspaces were only summaries, or where PDFs did not render, or where agents claimed to use files without inserting the source pages.
that matters because the value of Kerra is grounded study assistance. if the source pages are absent, the student cannot trust or audit the generated document.
