David's approach: no placeholders means the product has to be real
David pushes agents away from stubbed UI and toward complete workflows that can actually be tested.
in product builds, David often rejects placeholder implementations: fake buttons, unwired cards, partial flows, demo-only copy, or components that look finished but do not execute the real behavior.
no placeholders, no stubs, no partial functioanlity
this appears across Snitch, Kerra, KerraFin, and Granular. the point is not perfectionism for its own sake. it is that an AI-built product can become dangerously convincing before it is actually functional, so the workflow has to be real end to end.
