David debugged: Post-signup onboarding failure on production

David triggered a production investigation after noticing that a fresh signup at krkdav003@myuct.ac.za had no lecture notes candidates and no Kerra-created calendar events, even hours after onboarding.

go onto production on aws (you have access) and go to the production logs and db and find out why my signup that i just did at around 2:30pm-ish SAST still doesnt have any lecture notes candidates showing on my university app home page, nor do i have any kerra created events (not just lms events) in the calendar UI? what is going on? isnt monitor tlr/module planner/calendar agents meant

When shown that the workspace chat was receiving messages but no course syncs had happened, he escalated:

heres a chat i had with kerra in a workspace a couple hours after i signed up... this means the course syncs havent even happened. what is going on?

He demanded a systemic fix, not just patching the immediate case:

fix everything and then test everything end to end because we cant keep doing these errors, this is the second deploy thats had an error like this
