David decided: Rebuilt Granular profile from scratch after finding it misrepresented David
David decided that the existing @david Granular profile was not honest — it reflected AI output rather than his actual work — and commissioned a full rebuild sourced from raw AI session transcripts.
Granular is David's product for building verifiable AI-era work profiles. David looked at his own profile and concluded it was wrong:
my granular is not an honest reflection of me. this is mostly your technical thinking and work, not mine. you need to delete it all and start again. go through all of our past work sessions across all repos and build an image of me, what i work on, how i think, the types of questions i ask and problems i think about and ideas i have and ways i solve problems/approach things, things im working on, how i use and push AI etc etc
He then extended the rebuild to include his full Codex session history:
do the same for my codex chats (full long history, go spend hours combing through all codex chats in all sessions in all repos, use 6 gpt 5.5 xhigh agents to do this with you) and add to @david
He also set a content standard — that entries must not presume prior reader context:
also btw each entry needs to explain whats going on as if the person reading it has no prior context. currently, entries seem to presume the reader has a lot of context about david. they have none. so each entry needs to explain from first principles.
Later, he challenged specific profile claims:
is what youve put on my profile truth? when did i use linear? why is claude code in the trying box? and claude in the trying box? please stop making things up and actually go through all my data on my claude code sessions, claude chat sessions, codex sessions etc
