David decided: Removed generation popup; workspace now opens live immediately on candidate click

During a review of the lecture candidate click flow, David decided the interstitial popup created unnecessary friction:

i no longer want the popup that tells the user they can click to open the live workspace as its generating to show. instead, in the popups place, what should happen is that the live workspace actually just opens, so its as if the popup came up and the user clicked the button to open the live workspace, except we should skip the popup halluballoo.

He also removed the separate pink generation cards that appeared at the bottom right:

When the agent asked whether this applied everywhere, David clarified the scope:

wdum? im talking about the pink cards that appear at the bottom right of the screen when a candidate is clicked and starts generating, theyre the card that shows the SSE progress update

The net result was a direct workspace-open flow replacing the two-step popup-then-open pattern.
