David shipped: Removed Telegram from Kerra onboarding and app UI
David removed the Telegram banner from the university app home page and workspace, and cut the Telegram step from the signup flow entirely.
Kerra had a Telegram integration that surfaced in three places: a banner on the university home page, a banner in the workspace, and a dedicated signup step. David decided to cut all of it:
remove the telegram banner in the university app home page, and in the workspace. and remove the telegram screen/step from signup
No rationale was given but the decision was immediate and unambiguous. The change was committed and deployed.
