David decided: Replaced Kerra draft page hero copy with personalised today schedule view
David directed a redesign of the Kerra draft workspace chat opening state to show the user's calendar schedule for the day rather than generic hero text.
David wanted the workspace starting state to be useful rather than decorative.
design a version that replaces the 'what can i do for you, david school or beyond' text with a mini view of the user's schedule for the day. go study the calendar UI and the right hand side UI that shows today's breakdown and come up with ideas of how we can design a bespoke version for this place in the draft workspace
He also corrected the persona copy: "does work for you" became "with you", and "your AI study companion" became "AI agent for college students." Throughout the implementation, David repeatedly pushed for the overlay to use the identical calendar component from the university home page rather than a new custom build.
