David decided: Required two visual grids to be side-by-side in the profile hero, above the fold
David insisted the tools-over-time and kinds-over-time grids must appear together in the hero viewport, not stacked below the fold, blocking execution until the layout was correct.
The layout debate became one of the most contested points in the profile redesign session. After the agent placed the grids below the fold, David escalated:

The design principle David was enforcing: the AI tool usage data is the most important signal on the profile, not a footnote. Someone opening the profile should immediately see both how often the person uses AI tools (the tool grid) and what kinds of thinking they do (the kinds grid), without any scrolling.
