David decided: Set the GitHub Actions billing block as the gating action on Kerra deploys
When deploys failed mysteriously, David hunted the budget UI in GitHub, found the Therapa.ai Actions budget pinned at 100% spent, and updated payment as the fix before retrying.
im on github and cant see any billing issues. gimme a link
When the budgets page surfaced ($50.96 spent of $200 with 'Stop usage: Yes') he resolved it directly.
