the open questions should be directionally, whilst still being deeply relevant to him, get him into thinking about granular and what its solving and what the future of the workforce/recruiting looks like. go study the open questions for paddy to see what flavor i mean.
The rule is dual: deeply relevant to the individual AND directional toward the granular thesis. Paddy's profile was set as the reference standard.
