David's problem: Snitch ChatGPT app had unexpected schema changes that broke the product
David caught that an agent had modified tool schemas in a way that fundamentally changed how Snitch works, and halted the work to force a product understanding review.
While working on getting the Snitch ChatGPT app approved:

He then redirected:

This was a catch of an agent making product-semantics changes under the guise of technical implementation.
