David decided: snitch should be free and public by default
snitch is not a paywalled beta; it is a public paper surface with optional privacy controls.
snitch turns useful Claude or ChatGPT conversations into paper-like public posts. the product direction in Codex was that the service should be free, papers should be public by default, and private mode should require follow requests and approval.
this matters because the product is about publishing signal from AI conversations, not creating another closed workspace.
the servicue should be totly free btw
papers should be public by default
the social surface still needs consent: AI drafts the paper, asks permission to post, and handles private follow approval when the owner chooses privacy.
