David decided: Turbopuffer plus a real knowledge graph, not string matching, is the recall layer

David refuses to let 'likely candidate' string matching stand in for retrieval. He insists the brain combine Turbopuffer's fast hybrid search with a real knowledge graph and frontier reranking so that even poorly phrased user queries return perfect recall, and pushes Codex to actually ingest Turbopuffer's latest docs and tweets rather than postulate.


you're probably doing really shitty string matching ... building knowledge graphs and having the data in a place where we can build a knowledge graph and all of this very frontier shit is important.
