David noticed: writing in lowercase isnt a bit

the rough lowercase register is closer to the live working surface than polished prose is.

his transcripts are full of lowercase, compressed words, typos, slang, and impatient shorthand. that is not a branding decision. it is what fast working thought looks like before it gets cleaned for an audience.

granular should preserve enough of that surface to show cognition without turning every entry into a LinkedIn-style summary.

the typos and abbreviations are useful data: they show urgency, correction, disagreement, and direction. over-polishing them would erase the actual working register.
